1. Product Description
This series of vaporizer is an efficient and energy-saving heat exchange equipment that uses air natural convection to heat the cryogenic liquid (LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LC2H4, LPG, etc.) in the heat exchange tube to completely evaporate it into gas. Its main advantage is as following:
1) No energy consumption, no pollution, green environmental protection;
2) Easy to install and maintain;
3) Special aluminum heat exchange, high efficiency, lightweight design, long service life;
4) Large diameter (φ200) special aluminum heat exchange tube; defrosting speed is very fast; effective inner fin structure; improve the heat transfer effect of heat exchange tube;
5) The "bridge" type connection element is beautiful and generous, and the stress caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of each part is eliminated during working;
6) Optimized progress design; the pressure drop is minimized; there is no drift current phenomenon, and the flow rate is control within the safe range;
7) Special anti-oxidation treatment on the surface of heat exchange tube;
8) Sufficient design margin;
9) Advanced high pressure tube composite technology; so that the pressure tube and the heat exchange tube 100% full contact, to ensure the heat transfer efficiency;
10) All vaporizers are cleaned and manufactured in full accordance with oxygen service standards for safer use;
11) It can be designed and manufactured according to electronic standards;
12) Design conditions: ambient temperature -10ºC, relative humidity 70%, continuous use of 8-12 hours for gasification; The factors that affect the amount of gasification are: working cycle, ambient temperature, humidity, altitude, wind, sun light, use pressure, adjacent buildings, etc.
13) Applicable media: LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LC2H4, LPG, etc.
14) Working pressure: 0.8-40.0 Mpa
15) Single flow: 50-16000 Nm3/h; combined type can be used for larger flow rate.

1) Yangzhou Giant Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the cultural ancient city of Yangzhou Guangling Economic Development Zone. The company is mainly committed to research and development of LNG cryogenic storage tank, LNG skid-mounted filling station, LNG/L-CNG natural gas filling station, cryogenic industrial gas storage tank, petrochemical equipment etc., which is a professional company integrating design, manufacturing and engineering installation. The company has Other High-pressure Vessel (A2) special equipment production license, Industrial Pipe Installation (GC2) special equipment production license and ASME "U" "T" stamp issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering.
