Product Description

1. Product Description
1) This series products are gas supply equipment combined by little storage tanks, chargers, vaporizer and pipe system. Due to the well organized structure and easy installation, they can be widely used for laser processing, electronic, research, petrochemical, welding etc.
2) Multiple storage tanks can be used to supply mixed gas according to customers' different processing requirements.
3) Supplying high purity gas as you expected to substitute traditional steel cylinder and dewar bottle and reduce the frequency of changing and chance of pollution.
4) Rapider charging speed, higher gas quality, slower self boosting speed and high efficiency insulation structure, makes the power consumption of our product at very low level, even we can realize 0 consumption.
5) Both transportation tank and automatic liquid filling truck can be used to filling the tank and realize 0 wastage.
6) Provide solution of filling at worksite to enjoy the centralized gas supply.

3. Product Structure
1) Due to new process and excellent multilayer insulation material, realize low static vaporization rate, stable insulation performance, and little gas consumption.
2) Vacuum regeneration chamber is set at both entrance and exit to make sure long term lifetime and stable performance of vacuum interlayer.
3) By use of locating pin for the internal container, shift can be avoid by outside force to upgrade the reliability of whole structure.
4) Compact structure: all pipelines are guided from the top distributor. The connection of pipes are welded but not screwed to reduce possibility of medium leakage and upgrade safety.
5) Worcester ball valve and Generant check valve are used on the filling interface. So transport truck and automatic liquid filling truck can be used for fill the tank directly and realize 0 wastage.
6) The "Cryo Ease" can be placed on ground directly without any requirement of foundation, which takes only little space and also can be safely and fast moved by lifting lug on the top or by forklift pallet on the bottom.

The company has Other High-pressure Vessel (A2) special equipment production license, Industrial Pipe Installation (GC2) special equipment production license and ASME "U" "T" stamp issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering.
